Hello,

　 My name is　Terri Jenkins. I met the Shedds when they has a beautiful litter of pups for sale in late August, 2008. I have a 14 year old Lhaso and had not come to the decision of buying a puppy　for over 14 years.

I saw her pups and fell in love with a black female that she had. I took her card but I waited till Sunday to make a decision to call her to leave a deposit. All of her puppies has sold the day before. The next litter was to be born early Nov. The litter was born on Sept.5th and a few days later we talked. She sent　me pictures of the little darlings　and I instantly fell in love with a little girl that was Liver and　White with beautiful　markings. I sent her a　deposit that same day. Its now Nov. the 7th. My little sweetie is vet checked and so healthy. Her name is Chloe and we love her with all our heart. She has captured the heart of both our adult children and any other family members that she has met, every friend　 that　we have, all of the staff at the vet's office and even my Grumpy ole dog that just cannot stand other dogs. I had looked a few times at puppies in our　area and surrounding areas and just did　not think that they were purebred. They looked like Puppy Mill puppies　and they smelled I just could not see paying that much money for a pup that looked unhealthy& unkept. I have seen puppies like my CHLOE but they were always 600.00 and up which is out of my budget. I commend the Shedds for being animal lovers, great folks, wonderful breeders and honest people .Their goal is to sell purebred, healthy babies to True Animal Lovers that will provide happy, loving homes. I called Ms. Joann the other day just to tell her that Chloe is the most beautiful, healthy, happy puppy that I could ever want and that we appreciate her because we have been given such a　wonderful pup that gives so much　unconditional love and brought a ray of Sunshine to our lives in so many ways. If you are　are considering a new little bundle of love into your home, do your homework and make sure that you are prepared for a new pup in the house Call this breeder, visit her site and buy your puppy with confidence from her because she　is what "A Good Breeder" really is. Mr &　Mrs.　Shedd, I really do want to say Thank you and keep up the great work. There are so many puppy mills producing sick puppies and careless so called breeders You really should be so proud.

When we started out looking for a puppy, I did alot of research on the internet.

That is where I found a website for Shedd's Shih tzus. I called to see if any of the

puppies Joann had were still available. That is when she told me she had a new litter of

pups. She had just posted to her website. And that's when we found Zoey. We went that

weekend and picked her out. Joann was great through out the whole process. She sent us

pictures and update weekly of Zoey. Zoey is a wonderful puppy. She is very sociable and

good natured. We when got her she was already working on pad training. If we ever decided

to add to our four legged babies we would be sure to come back to Joann.

THIS LADY IS THE MOST CARING AND LOVING PERSON I HAVE EVER CAME IN

CONTACT WITH IN A LONG TIME. I NEVER EXPECTED TO GET A DOG FOR MY SON

,I HAD TRIED FOR WEEKS,AND NO ONE SEEM TO CARE ANYMORE..THEN I CAME IN

CONTACT WITH MRS. JOANN SHEDD..SHE READ MY EMAILS AND REPLIED, BUT WITH

THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS I COULD UNDERSTAND SHE JUST COULDN'T GIVE MY

SON A PUPPIE. SHE PUTS SO MUCH INTO HER KENNEL AND HER BABIES I DON'T

THINK I COULD GIVE ONE AWAY EIGHTER.THEN TO MY SURPRISE A FEW DAYS

LATER SHE EMAILED ME AND SAID HER DAUGHTER WAS MOVING AWAY AND COULDN'T

TAKE JACKSON WITH HER . AND SHE THOUGHT ABOUT MY SON AND THE EMAILS WE

HAD EXCHANGED. SO WE GOT TOGETHER ON THE PHONE AND A 4 HOUR TRIP TO

COLUMBUS AND MY SON MET JACKSON FOR THE FIRST TIME AND FELL IN LOVE

WITH HIM.AND TO ME JOANN WENT ABOVE WHAT WE USED TO CALL KINDNESS TO

STRANGERS. A PERSON WHOM SHE NEVER MET PUT A LOT OF LAUGHTER BACK INTO

MY HOME BY LETTING US HAVE JACKSON TO BRING HOME.IN CLOSINGS NOT ONLY

IS THIS LADY LOVING TOWARDS HER BABIES SHE IS LOVING AND KIND TO THE

PEOPLE SHE I

S INVOLVED WITH.AND WE SAY A PRAYER OF THANKS FOR PEOPLE

LIKE HER .BECAUSE DOGS HAVE FEELING TOO.AND JACKSON SHOWS US HOW HAPPY

Hi!

My name is Karen Cr. I have the sweetest little shih tzu,

whose name is Noah. He has sooooo much personality. He may be little

on the outside but is big on the inside. He was and still is happy

and well adjusted. When I brought him home, the first three nights,

he woke up once during the night. I would cuddle him for about 15/20

minutes then, he went back to sleep until I woke him up in the morning

(when I would get up to go to work). To give him a bath, I just hold

his body under the faucet to wet him and then do the same to rinse

him. He is so very laid back, he does not complain at all...

Joann, has been great! There were no surprises before I bought

him. She has stayed in touch by email and answered all my questions.

I visited her home to see Noah several times before I brought him

home. Each time she was very friendly and invited me into her home

without hesitation. I saw where Noah was born and met his puppy mom.

Several of the other puppies met me at the door. They all were

welcoming and happy.

Joann has a wonderful area set aside for her puppies. The area

allows the puppies to see humans but not necessarily invade the living

area. The birthing area also allows the mother and puppies to have

privacy during those first few weeks.

I would recommend her and her puppies to anyone who wanted a

shih tzu to love and care for.

Dear Joann,

I would like to tell you we are very happy with our choice fo getting our new baby from Shedds Shih Tzu. We named her Zoey. You keep the puppy room very clean. Zoey is a very happy puppy. She loves to play. Zoey never cried at night, not even the firist night. I was impressed that you keep all your babies inside your home.

I want to think so much for bring Harley into our lives. He is a very sweet dog. He is a great pup to mind us he crates good without a bark and does not potty in his bed. He was so gentle when we got him and he loves everyboby'they love the color the mixed Brindle so do I. Thanks Joann for him he is out baby boy and he is dearly love.Debbie Cooper
