Where do I start?? Joann has gone above and beyond! This breeder does and means everything she says. She is quick to return phone calls, texts, etc. She answers all the questions you could ever need answered and she gets you very prepared to bring your puppy home. So with all of that said I am more than pleased with our new puppy Hank. He is the most precious, beautiful healthy dog.!! We could not be happier. She really cares for her babies and goes above and beyond to see that each pup is equally loved and healthy. Joann is very active in posting about the babies on Facebook too. She was also very pleasant to work with in arranging a pickup time/location. I especially loved that she meets in a public location instead of having you come to her home. Other breeders I have worked with have requested pickup from their home and that to me is uncomfortable and compromises my safety. I also loved that she is consistent with communicating with you. Any time I texted her I got a reply and even pictures of my pup! My pup is already spoiled and has so much personality. Please do not hesitate to use Joann or call the vet she has listed as reference.
