Hello. My name is Terri Herald. Me and my husband live in Murfreesboro, Tn.I lost my beloved shih tzu of 11 years to congestive heart failure and it broke my heart. It took a long time to get over the passing of my little shih tzu. When i got to where i could not stand another day of comming home from work to an empty house i decided to check several shih tzu breeders in my area. I met Joann Shedd through one of her clients. She talked about how clean the nursery was, how the mothers temperment were so sweet that they would let you pick up their little newborns and how nice and caring Joann is of all her shih tzus and her clients. I knew i had to meet this lady! I called joann and we talked and emailed and we came down to visit her and her family of shih tzu.I want you to know that i have talked to a lot of breeders in my lifetime and i have never met anyone as sincere and caring as Joann. She takes time to listen to your stories answers all your questions has wonderful refrences and you could tell that her shih tzu are loved and very well cared for. Her husband is a wonderful man who loves and cares for their shih tzu right along with her. Joann gives all documentation lets you inspect her nursery (which is the cleanest and cutest ) that i have ever seen.She encoureges bonding visits and gives you weekly updates and pictures of your babies! Was i satisfide with my puppys and my expirence with joann? Yes! 100%1 Would i buy puppys from joann again? Yes I would! I encourage anyone who wants a loving , sweet tempered, and beautiful shih tzu to meet Joann Shedd. She is a very ethical and caring person and i thank God i had the pleasure to meet her and adopt two very beautiful baby girls from her. Sincerly, Terri H  

I bought my little fellow from Ms Joann just recently. And I am so pleased that I made a very very good choice in doing so. I heard about Ms Joan from a very close friend that had purchased two Shih Tzu from her. I was very impressed that she kept me updated on how my lil man was doing. I was most pleased when I pick Up Cosmo and to see how organized she was with his quality of care and also how she provided me with information for him to get settled in once I got him home. Cosmo was close to being house trained I did not have to teach him the basics and we have not to many accidents which is great for a 6week old pup. She disclosed any and everything about my baby. I have had a lot of pups over the years and this is the 1st time that I can really say that i made a good choice in choosing Joann I'm so happy have in my home. If I had to purchase another puppy I would not go any where else but Ms Joann Shedd. I really mean that.....Shantell C, N
