I found Joann after doing a lot of research. I looked through the newspaper and saw her ad. And when I went online to search for a shih tzu, Shedds Shih Tzus was where I kept coming back to! I wanted to pick out my puppy so bad because I knew how fast Joann sold her puppies! Joann agreed to let me drive to her house to pick out my new puppy even though it was almost 11:00 pm! When I got to Joanns I shocked to see all the personalities of her dogs. Her dogs were so welcoming and even Jubilee who had a littler of puppies she was looking after let us reach right in and take her puppies to look at! We were able to pet Jubilee and look at all her puppies, I never imagined a new mother would be so accepting of strangers! You could tell Joann’s dogs were well taken care of. I have now had my precious boy for 4 years and I couldn’t be happier! When I brought him home he was pretty much already paper trained which was a blessing! Joann begins to paper and crate train her puppies as soon as they are born and that has been the best thing I could ask for! He picked up on paper training with such ease. Paper training all those new puppies shows how much Joann cares for her puppies but also how much she cares for the success of her adoptions. Since I got my little man I have referred my sister, her friend, as well as one of my friends to Joann. They all three got puppies from Joann! I will always refer anyone looking for a Shih Tzu to Joann! My mother just recently got a baby boy from Joann just last week and he is absolutely perfect! He is already paper trained! He sleeps through the whole night only waking up once to tell my mom he has to potty, then right back to sleep! His personality is already so apparent and he is only 8 weeks old! He is so playful! We couldn’t have asked for more in our pets and it’s all because the amazing breeder they came from! If you are wanting a Shih Tzu you would be crazy not to get one from Joann!

Love, Love, Love my new puppy!!! Was looking on the internet for a new puppy and I came across Sheddsshihtzu.com and was very pleased with was I saw and read. I saw a picture of cupcake and it was love at first sight. She has brought us so much joy to me and my daughter. I live in Conyers, GA it was so worth the drive to Lawrenceburg TN. She is so laid back and relax all the time, When she see other dogs, layla just looks she don't even barks....lol. That's a DiVA. So if your in the market of looking for a new puppy, please consider the Shedds first. Go to her website and check out all of her babies sooooooo cute!!!!!! You will fall in love toooo.

Dear Joanne, Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with our little Dutchess Ann. We recently took her to the Vet. The best vet in town. He said that she is perfect. He is going to continue with the same vaccines that you used because he said that they are the best. He did a worm test NO worms. He looked for fleas NO fleas. Her heart is perfect. EVERYONE in the clinic carried her around talking about how sweet she is. You must have bathed her. She smelled so good. She even had a pretty bow in her top knot…with two extra bows. Last but not least you taught us how to feed her and gave us extra food to tide us over until we could get the same. She is eating and drinking very well. She is even playing with her toys at this tender young age. We highly recommend Joanne Shedd as a breeder. She gives her babies lots of attention and really LOVES them! George and Elizabeth C

Hi, my name is Jocelyn,

We got a puppy from Joann about 6 weeks ago, he is brindle and his name is Bogie, he is absolutely precious!!!!!

Joann lives a ways away fromÂ us so when we started talking seriously about getting him, she was overly accommodating to meet me or whatever it took to give a puppy an awesome home:)

Bogie (aka smootchie) came to us at 2.7 pounds, he is so quiet, all you hear from him is an occasional bark, but mostly just breathing from running around,Â He is now 6.7 pounds and going strong.Â I can say I havr absolutely NO regrets dealing with Joann, she was wonderful, informative and accommodating to what needed to happen,Â Joann is the best, I think of her as a friend, but also as a personal friend, that is the impact she had with me:)Â Love ya Joann!!
